I went on a mission trip to Bolivia a year or so ago and was extremely impressed by the work of Mission Generation. What was most impressive was how the MG curriculum has prepared each child to receive Jesus into their heart. I personally spoke to about 120 teen aged children and all but a few prayed to receive Jesus. Other members of the team had the same experience. Children at every age group were anxious to receive Christ as their Lord and Savior.

We've finished our first day of work in a rural village in Northern Ethiopia. As always, taking the gospel message to the 30 different homes we visited and then seeing phenomenal results as approximately 115 people prayed with us to profess faith in Christ for salvation. After every gospel presentation I asked people if they'd ever heard this message before...and everyone said, "no, we've never heard this." You cannot imagine the thrill of sharing this all important message with people who've never had the opportunity to be saved because no one has ever told them! On a personal note, to see my wife on the dirt floor of an African mud hut kneeling with the Evangecube in front of a captivated group of adults to tell them about Christ...well, life just doesn't get much better than that for me. I'd rather have that kind of wife than a gorgeous S. California blonde...isn't it nice that God gave me both! Trafficking and our new Priceless Cube Just yesterday a 15 year old girl got her passport picture taken and explained that she was scheduled to leave with the "Conductor" next week for a country in the Middle East. After hearing the Priceless cube presentation her father said he would not allow her to go. We made presentations in 30 homes and in many of those locations people had been personally impacted by human trafficking and they were compelled to take action to protect against further trafficking in their area. We are praising God for intervening to protect these beautiful people. Thanks for praying...God is hearing & answering! |
